PAYMENT PROTOCOLS AND DEADLINES

Tuition payments must be arranged with and recorded with the law school business office before courses begin. The student loan application and process is solely the responsibility of the student.

Failure to arrange for timely payment before courses begin will result in the forfeit of enrollment that semester and the student being placed on inactive status.

Once a student has enrolled in a course, the only way to receive a refund is through the formal written procedural process of dropping the course within the stated ADD/ DROP time limit (within five business days of the first day of a course). Not accessing a course does not constitute dropping a course.
